1. Acceptance of Terms

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on vvgl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions are handled through supported local payment channels including Philippine banks and e-wallets. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment method you use is registered in your own name.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard. Processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to verification requirements.
Funds deposited into your vvgl account are intended solely for use on the platform. Deposits may not be transferred to third parties. If a transaction is found to be fraudulent or made using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, vvgl reserves the right to reverse the transaction and close the account.
vvgl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your payment provider for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
vvgl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvgl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including losses related to gaming outcomes. 7. Account Suspension and Closure
vvgl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:
